We are as passionate about what goes in your ears as we are about what goes in your mouth! The main stage will feature a curated lineup of local and national acts Friday and Saturday night while DJs play the beer hall all weekend.



From their embryonic stages in 1993, 2017 sees the Gurge into its 24th year together and marking the 20th anniversary of their seminal release Unit which won the lads from Brisbane five (yes, five!) ARIA Awards including Album of the Year. The Gurge will bring the party to the main stage on Saturday Night at ABBF 2017.

From the sunny surf beaches of Wollongong, the duo will be bringing the surf pop vibes to the cold, dark Adelaide winter, hitting the main stage on Friday night of ABBF. Far from meat and potatoes the lads play a brand of rock that will take your mind to a simpler time.

Hailing from Melbourne via PNG and Cairns, Ali Barter is a talent that has been growing since her debut EP in 2012. Set to release her debut album in 2017 and bringing a full band to ABBF she will be a must see.
