The Cide Project
The Cide Project is a team of eight mates who decided to do something fun with our spare time. We’ve got an orchard in Kalangadoo in the Limestone Coast, and have planted it with a huge variety of English and French cider apple trees. Fairly uniquely we make vintage cider, and it varies each year depending on the season, and the blend of the apples.
We make super small batches of everything, and we do it all by hand; from picking to packaging. Those crooked labels? Yep, we did that!
More recently we’ve started to experiment with some brewing, and we think you’ll agree, it’s a tasty development! After all, it takes a lot of good beer to make great cider!
